This week, the Center for Risk and Reliability (CRR) and the Center for Risk and Disaster Resilience hosted an insightful panel discussion on nuclear power plants, focusing on risk assessment.

The event brought together distinguished experts from the nuclear industry, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and academia. They shared their experiences, highlighted the significant workforce needs in the nuclear industry, and provided invaluable career advice to aspiring engineering students.

We were especially excited to welcome students from Morgan State University, giving them a unique opportunity to explore career pathways in the nuclear field.
