Congratulations to CRR’s esteemed Associate Professor Dr. Katrina Groth, she has been awarded the Junior Faculty Outstanding Research Award by the A. James Clark School of Engineering. This award recognizes Dr. Groth's groundbreaking research in risk and reliability analysis, particularly her work on improving the safety and resilience of complex systems such as hydrogen energy technologies.
Dr. Groth's dedication to her field is exemplified by her establishment of the Systems Risk and Reliability Analysis (SyRRA) Lab, where she leads a team in developing innovative methodologies to predict and mitigate system failures. Her efforts aim to advance the understanding and application of risk analysis in engineering, contributing to safer and more reliable technological solutions.
